The Rota-Clean system has been designed specifically to remove airborne oil mist, welding fume, dust and smoke particulate. It is used in applications (welding fume, corian fabrication, white wood sanding) where breathing the airborne particulate becomes a problem after a few hours of operation and where the internal atmosphere becomes visibly cloudy. With the respirable particulate regulations of 5 MG/cubic meter, Rota-Clean systems are ideal for removing visible airborne particulate that can cause concern. Each system is tailored to your specific application. The variables are the number of air turns per hour and the efficiency of the filters installed. Filters can be installed that will remove particulate to 99.9% to 0.5 microns. An additional benefit of this system is that it will virtually eliminate thermal stratification in the plant. It will measurably assist the existing heating system in recovering from cold air infiltrations, and uniformly distribute any process heat throughout the space without any sensations of drafts. These systems are designed and built in our shop.
